It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or HR compliance advice and should not replace the judgment of qualified professional advisors. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take in your business.
The Site and all content — including text, graphics, logos, tools, and templates — are owned by or licensed to Tank Recruiting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Tank content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tank Recruiting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
